1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Landmark website and your booking of travel experiences with us. By accessing our site or making a booking, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit. Full payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

All prices are quoted in the currency specified at checkout and are subject to change until a deposit is received.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are processed according to the following schedule:

• More than 90 days before departure: full refund minus deposit
• 60–90 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 60 days before departure: no refund

Landmark reserves the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative trip will be offered.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid passports, visas, and vaccinations required for your destination. Landmark is not liable for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.

Travelers must disclose any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility limitations at the time of booking.

5. Liability

Landmark acts as an intermediary between travelers and local service providers. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers.

Travel involves inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

6. Code of Conduct

Landmark travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward local communities, wildlife, and fellow travelers. We reserve the right to remove any traveler from a trip without refund for behavior that endangers others or violates local laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, and branding — is the property of Landmark or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.
