Begin at the Okomfo Anokye Sword Site, where legend and history meet. Guests will discover the story of the sacred sword, its connection to the founding of the Ashanti Kingdom, and the beliefs and traditions that have kept its significance alive for generations.

Early Afternoon — Manhyia Palace Museum

Continue to the Manhyia Palace Museum for a closer look at Ashanti royalty. Through royal regalia, photographs, artefacts, and stories of past kings, guests will explore the customs, leadership, and enduring legacy of one of Ghana’s most influential kingdoms.

Mid-Afternoon — Kejetia Market & Lunch

Step into the rhythm of Kumasi at Kejetia Market, where colour, trade, and everyday life come together. Explore the market with your guide before slowing down over lunch and taking in the energy and character of the city.

Late Afternoon — Kente-Weaving Experience

End the day with a kente-weaving experience led by local artisans. Discover the skill, symbolism, and stories woven into each pattern, and see firsthand how one of the Ashanti Kingdom’s most celebrated traditions continues to be passed from one generation to the next.

Evening — Return to Accra

As the day comes to a close, begin the journey back to Accra with a deeper connection to the history and living traditions of the Ashanti Kingdom. Guests will return to the designated pickup points after a day shaped by royalty, culture, and craftsmanship.
