Accra Uncovered: City Heritage Edition

##Morning — Meet Up & Begin the Accra City Tour

Guests will meet at the selected pickup points before beginning the full-day Accra city experience. The day starts with a warm welcome from the guide, a brief overview of the tour, and time for everyone to settle in before heading to the first stop.

##Late Morning — W.E.B. Du Bois Memorial Centre & Kwame Nkrumah Memorial

Begin with a visit to the W.E.B. Du Bois Memorial Centre for Pan-African Culture, where guests will learn about his legacy, his connection to Ghana, and the wider Pan-African story.

From there, continue to the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, one of Ghana’s most important historical sites. Guests will explore the grounds, museum, and monuments while learning about Ghana’s independence journey and the life of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.

##Afternoon — Black Star Gate & Guided City Stories

After the morning heritage stops, continue to the iconic Black Star Gate for photos and stories about Ghana’s national identity, independence, and place in Africa’s history.

Throughout the tour, the guide will share helpful context, local stories, and cultural insights to help guests experience Accra beyond the surface.

##Late Afternoon — JamesTown Experience & Return

The tour continues to JamesTown, one of Accra’s oldest and most historic neighborhoods. Guests will experience its coastal character, colonial-era architecture, fishing community, street culture, and creative energy.

After the JamesTown experience, the group will begin the return journey, with drop-off at the designated pickup points.
