Trip overview

Some safaris are built for crowds. This one is built for your group. Eight days, four landscapes, and not a single moment shared with a group you didn't choose. Wake up together to the sound of the Ewaso Nyiro River in Samburu. Watch the sun set over Lake Naivasha from a private boat. Walk hand-in-hand, unfenced, among giraffe on Crescent Island. End your days over dinner in the Maasai Mara as lions call across the plains in the dark.

Your itinerary

Karibu Kenya!Day One

Touch down and settle in. A private transfer takes you to Gem Forest Hotel in Nairobi, where the rest of the day is yours to relax, recover from the flight, and get your first taste of Kenya before the adventure begins. Overnight in Nairobi.

Into the Wild FrontierDay Two

An early start sets you on the road to Samburu, one of Kenya's most rugged and rewarding reserves, with a scenic stopover in the Mt. Kenya region along the way.

Arrive in time for lunch, then head straight into your first game drive across Samburu's dramatic, semi-arid landscape. This is the land of the "Samburu Special Five" — Grevy's zebra, reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, gerenuk and Somali ostrich species found almost nowhere else in Kenya.

Dinner and overnight at Samburu Sopa Lodge.

Sunrise Safari, Your WayDay Three

Rise early for a game drive while Samburu wakes up around you, then return for a relaxed late breakfast and a slow morning at leisure, no rush, this is your trip. After lunch at your lodge, head back out at 3pm for a second game drive as the light turns gold over the Ewaso Nyiro River.

Dinner and a second night at Samburu Sopa Lodge.

Rift Valley Magic Day Four

An early breakfast, then check out and drive south to Lake Naivasha, arriving in time for lunch. Spend the afternoon on the water, a private boat ride across the lake to spot hippos and fish eagles, followed by a walking safari on Crescent Island, one of the only places in Kenya where you can walk freely, unfenced, among giraffe, zebra and antelope.

Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge.

Pink Shores & Prehistoric GiantsDay Five

A relaxed breakfast, then check out and drive to Lake Nakuru, with game viewing built right into the journey. Arrive for lunch, then set out on an afternoon game drive through one of Kenya's most iconic parks, a rhino sanctuary and, in season, home to thousands of flamingos painting the lakeshore pink.

Dinner and overnight at Nakuru Sopa Lodge.

Into LegendDay Six

After breakfast, check out and make your way to the Maasai Mara, with a stop at the breathtaking Great Rift Valley viewpoint en route. Arrive in time for lunch, then head out for your first game drive across the Mara's endless golden plains , prime Big Five territory, where lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhino roam free.

Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge.

Chase the Wild, Your WayDay Seven

This is your day to go as deep into the Mara as you want.

Start with an early game drive when predators are most active, then enjoy a late breakfast and a relaxed morning before heading out again or, if you'd rather make the most of every hour, upgrade to our full-day game drive with a packed lunch, tracking wildlife across the Mara from sunrise to sunset. Either way, this is the Mara at its most alive.

Dinner and your final night at Mara Sopa Lodge.

Asante Sana, KenyaDay Eight

Breakfast and check out, then depart for Nairobi. Before you say goodbye, enjoy a farewell lunch in Nairobi to celebrate eight days of deserts, lakes, rhinos and lions — then it's off to the airport, safari memories in hand.

Trip FAQs

Inclusions, payments, dates, and joining solo.

Do you offer a flexible payment plan?

We offer flexible payment plans that let you split the cost into easy monthly installments. All you need to do is secure your spot with a deposit, then pay the rest over time — as long as everything’s settled by the final deadline. No stress, no paying it all upfront.

Are international flights included?

Nope, flights aren’t included in the package. But we’ve got you covered on everything once you land — from your stay to the experiences. We’ll also give you the exact airport and arrival window so booking your flight is stress-free.

Where should we arrive?

Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO), Nairobi where our drivers will be ready to pick you up.

Do I need a visa for travel to Kenya?

It depends on your passport. Travelers from the US, UK, Canada, most of Europe, and Australia don't need a traditional visa, but they do need an eTA — a simple online form approved digitally before travel. There's no visa-on-arrival option anymore, so this has to be sorted before you fly, not at the airport. If you're not sure about your specific requirements, check the official Kenya eTA portal or reach out to us and we'll guide you.

Do I need any vaccinations?

It depends on where you're travelling from. There's no mandatory vaccination for most travelers arriving directly from countries like Ghana, the US, UK, Canada, or Europe. Yellow fever is the one exception: if you're arriving from or have recently transited through a country where yellow fever is present, you'll need to show a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate.

What happens after I book?

Once you book your spot, the you’ll get instant access to the reservation dashboard, where you can track your trip details, stay on top of payments, and connect with your travel tribe before we even take off.
